Bell's Palsy
When I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy I was told it could take up to 6 months to recover. Herniated Disc
I have suffered from a herniated disk, and referred pain, for several years. When I finally went to see Ted (who was recommended to me by a highly regarded physiatrist) last summer I was unable to lift weights or do any exercise without severe pain.
