Your First Visit

For your first visit, you’ll need to fill out and bring in the forms you’ve downloaded from this site. During our first session, we’ll discuss any current complaints you’re having, including any current or past medical conditions, and come up with an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.

This initial consultation lasts about 45 minutes and is followed by an acupuncture treatment (30 minutes). 

Wear loose or comfortable clothing for easy access to acupuncture points below the knees and elbows. If you need to take off any clothes, an appropriate drape or gown will be provided to you.  Also, make sure you eat before the treatment; acupuncture can leave you feeling light-headed on an empty stomach.

After your treatment, you’ll feel rested, relaxed, and ready to take on the world!
