ACUPUNCTURE
Initial Consultation & Treatment
- 90 minutes. $250
Your initial consultation and treatment includes the following:
• Health History (45-60 min includes all items below)
• Review of Primary & Secondary Chief Complaints
• Pulse & Tongue Diagnosis (as appropriate)
• Report of Findings (at 2nd visit)
• Plan of Care
• Acupuncture Treatment (30 min)
Follow-up Visit- 45 minutes. $110
Follow up visits include the following:
• Review of Progress/Results of Care
• Presentation of Report of Findings (2nd visit)
• Acupuncture treatment (30 min.)
• Application of additional modalities as appropriate.
• May include cupping, electro-acupuncture, or massage techniques.
Re-Exam- 60 minutes. $135
• Includes follow visit plus 15 minutes for additional diagnostic techniques and discussion.
NUTRITION
Initial Consultation- 60 minutes. $175
Your initial consultation includes the following:
• Health History (45-60 min includes all items below)
• Review of Primary & Secondary Chief Complaints
• Pulse & Tongue Diagnosis (as appropriate)
• Report of Findings (at 2nd visit)
• Plan of Care
Follow-up Visit- 30-45 minutes. $75-$110
Follow up visits include the following:
• Review of Progress/Results of Care
• Presentation of Report of Findings (2nd visit)
• Supplement & Nutrition Plan for following month
Insurance
Though we are not contracted with any insurance companies, we are happy to provide you with a specialized receipt (“Super-bill”) for your insurance company that includes all the necessary information.
We recommend you contact your insurance carrier to determine whether or not they will reimburse you for acupuncture care for “out-of-network providers.”
Flexible Spending Accounts
Typically, flexible benefits (flex spend) accounts will allow any and all acupuncture services. Herbal supplements are also usually a covered benefit.
